FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Local abortion doctor Ulrich Klopfer is appearing in the news again. This time comes after survey results of his three clinics in Fort Wayne, Gary, and South Bend from 2010 and 2012 were been released. The South Bend Tribune reports that abortion clinics are inspected through on-sight surveys every two years. In 2010, Dr. Klopfer’s Fort Wayne clinic had violations in 24 categories, including inadequately maintained equipment. In 2012, there were violations in 15 categories, including staff taking home soiled clothes to wash.

In 2010 at the South Bend clinic, there were violations in 36 categories. There were violations in 9 categories in 2012.

And in 2010 at the Gary clinic, there were violations in 17 categories and violations in 14 categories in 2012.
