Warrants Served in Warsaw Storm Water Investigation

WARSAW, Ind. (WOWO): Just after 9 this morning, police in Warsaw and Mishawaka served arrest warrants to three people in connection with billing irregularities between the City of Warsaw Public Works Dept. and ProForm Pipe Lining, Inc. The three-month-long investigation has uncovered enough evidence to bring formal charges against  former Warsaw Street Superintendent Lacy Francis, Jr. and two employees of Proform Pipe Lining, Inc., Mark Campbell and Kevin Brown. The pending charges include Corruption, Theft, Providing False Information to a Government Entity, Misconduct, and Conflict of Interest. Officials continue to gather further evidence.
