KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): A Warsaw man arrested for allegedly raping a 14-year-old girl has had his charges lessened. 

21-year-old Juan Juarez was arrested at the Green Acres Mobile Home Park. Stacey Page Online reports that he admitted to having sex with the girl. 

The alleged victim told police that she told him her age, but did consent. 

Juarez is now facing charges of sexual misconduct.
