STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Just after 6 last night, police in Steuben responded to a personal injury accident on 150 S just west of Golden Lake Road on report of a 2 vehicle crash with several injuries. Police say 24-year-old Nicole Tibbetts of Angola was driving and went left of center, striking 60-year-old Sandra Wickham, also of Angola. Tibbetts was driving her car with 7 children inside ranging from 6 months old to 13 years old, only one of which was properly restrained. All occupants, including both drivers, were taken to the hospital, but no serious injuries were reported. Tibbetts was cited for 7 seat belt violations, expired registration, left of center and no proof of insurance.
