FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A man is under arrest after a heroin bust on Fort Wayne's southeast side. Fort Wayne Police Department Sgt. Mark Brooks says just before 8:00 Wednesday morning, the Vice and Narcotics Division served a search warrant at a home on Holton Avenue, near East Rudisill Avenue. 31-year-old Quentin Royal was arrested at the scene and charged with:

1.       Three (3) counts of Dealing Cocaine or a Narcotic Drug (Heroin)

2.       Possession of a Cocaine or a Narcotic Drug (Heroin)
