44-year-old Robert Northrop is in the Kosciusko County Jail after a 10-year-old girl's mother found inappropriate messages from Northrop to her daughter. According to police, Northrop sent an explicit video and asked for nude pictures. He's charged with child solicitation and distributing harmful materials to minors.
He was also convicted on a sex crime in Michigan back in 1988.
