Local Store Owners Plead Guilty to Selling Synthetic Marijuana

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Three local Allen County store owners have pleaded guilty to dealing synthetic marijuana from their convenience stores

According to the Journal Gazette, 51-year-old Ashok Kumar pleaded guilty yesterday to corrupt business influence and dealing in a synthetic drug. He was charged last November after an undercover officer bought three packets synthetic drugs the BP gas station on Stellhorn Road.

On Friday, 44-year-old Naser Farrash, pleaded guilty to a Class C felony charge of corrupt business influence. He's accused of selling spice out of the “One Stop Shop” with his business partner, 26-year-old Mohammed Eid.

Both Eid and Farrash will be sentenced this December.
