FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A $2.5 million addition has been approved for a local senior living center.
According to the Journal Gazette, the Allen County Plan Commission approved a 17,000 square foot addition to Park Place Senior Living on the city's north side.
The Board of Zoning Appeals will make the final approval by Wednesday. The Leo Brown Group of Carmel will be building 32 new one-bedroom and studio apartments at the complex.
The expansion is expected to create a total of five jobs.
