ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): If you get an email from Walgreens about some merchandise you didn't buy, you'd better beware.

The Better Business Bureau is warning about phony emails hitting inboxes, where the scammers are posing as big name companies to lure people into clicking potentially harmful links and attachments. The emails read something along the lines of, “e-shop Walgreens has received an order addressed to you, which has to be confirmed by the recipient within four days.” The email contains a link for more specific information, but, when you click, it unleashes dangerous and paralyzing malware into your computer.

The best advise BBB officials offer, is to delete any email that you believe is a scam.
