FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Firefighters contained a fire on Tuesday morning that broke out at an apartment complex in Fort Wayne.

It happened at Hampton Court Apartments, located on East State Boulevard. Three upstairs apartments caught on fire and crews were able to contain that fire to one apartment in less than a half hour.

Part of East State Blvd. was closed near Crescent Avenue but has since reopened.
