FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Fort Wayne firefighters attended to a house fire early Wednesday morning on Cherry Creek Road, on the north side of town.

The fire was located in the Seven Oaks subdivision and once crews arrived, they found smoke coming out of the second-story windows.

Two adults and four children were able to make it out safe and the home suffered moderate smoke and water damage.

The cause of that fire is still under investigation.
