Colts Have Free Agent Money To Spend

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) _ Indianapolis Colts general manager Ryan Grigson has a new perspective on free agency. Instead of making roster cuts to clear room, Grigson has more than $40 million to spend. But Grigson also says the reason the Colts chose not to re-sign Dwight Freeney or receiver Austin Collie is because they didn’t fit into Indy’s future plans.
