Indiana Pacers forward David West has been fined $15,000 by the NBA for elbowing the Clippers' Blake Griffin. West was assessed a flagrant 2 foul and ejected at the end of the first half of Indiana's 106-92 win Saturday at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.The Pacers begin a west coast road trip tonight when they visit Golden State in a 10:30 tip.
