Hoosiers Hire Defensive Coordinator

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (AP) _ Indiana has hired Brian Knorr as its new defensive coordinator. He replaces the recently fired Doug Mallory. Indiana set a Big Ten record in 2013 for yards allowed in league games and a school record for points allowed per game. Knorr spent the past six seasons on Wake Forest's coaching staff, the last three as defensive coordinator.
