INDIANAPOLIS (AP) _ A woman who was held hostage by a man shot to death as he tried to rob a Kroger store is suing Kroger and the store’s former manager.  Christine Nelson’s suit contends she suffered ‘extreme mental anguish and emotional distress’ in witnessing Jeremy Atkinson’s shooting.  Her suit also named former store manager Elijah Elliott, who shot Atkinson three times.
