Donations totaling more than a million dollars have been made to to three charitable groups.  Martha Rogers’ estate made the donations yesterday to the Steuben County Community Foundation.  The Journal Gazette says the money will go to the Steuben County Council on Aging, Habitat for Humanity of Northeast Indiana and a job-training center for people with disabilities.
