Trout Fishing Season on Schedule

INDIANAPOLIS (WOWO): The Indiana Department of Natural Resources says trout fishing season will open as scheduled despite high water and swift currents. DNR officials urge anglers to exercise caution, especially if they’re fishing around dams or in flooded streams. More than 23,000 rainbow trout will be stocked into 19 streams statewide by tomorrow morning.
