Indiana Conservation Officers have suspended search and recovery operations on Little Chapman Lake due to severe weather. The search, for a missing elderly man who witnesses say was swimming from a pontoon boat but went underwater around 3:50 P.M. yesterday, is anticipated to resume this morning.
