Shelbyville Man Booked for DUI After Crash

JOHNSON COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Indiana Conservation Officers are investigating a crash in Johnson County over the weekend. Officers say 62-year-old Glen Rush, of Shelbyville, was driving on CR 350N Sunday afternoon when he swerved to avoid hitting a UTV, whose driver was trying to cross the road. Rush couldn’t avoid the collision and hit both the UTV and a nearby mailbox. No one was seriously hurt in the crash. During the investigation, an officer determined Rush was driving under the influence of alcohol. Rush was booked into the Johnson County Jail under charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated.
