BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (AP): People can learn how to replace or supplement their email with old-fashioned letters at an upcoming event in Bloomington. The Monroe County Public Library will host a “letter writing social” on Saturday. Anyone wishing to learn the nearly lost art can stop in and learn how to write a letter by pen and paper or on a typewriter. Envelopes, paper and stamps will be provided.
