High School Concussion Training Bill Advances

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): A measure designed to cut down on the number of high school concussions has won approval from the Indiana House. The proposal would require high school athletes who sustain a concussion to sit out for at least 24 hours before returning to play. It would also require high school coaches to undergo training on the effects and signs of a concussion.
