South Bend’s Tallest Building Sold

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (AP): The 25-story Chase Tower in South Bend has been sold out of foreclosure at a sheriff's sale for $4.5 million. Washington Square Realty bought the building that houses a hotel and offices. It had been in receivership since February 2011. A motion will be filed in the coming days to end the receivership.
