INDIANAPOLIS (WOWO): The Indiana Department of Education released local passage data for the Spring 2014 administration of the IREAD 3 assessment today. Earlier this month, the Department released statewide results. The statewide passage rate was 85.58%, up from 85.28% for the same period last year.
