MUNCIE, Ind. (AP): Authorities say an off-duty Ball State University police officer cut a friend while waving a knife inside a strip club and threatened other officers as he was being arrested.  Muncie police say 30-year-old Eric Reffitt faced preliminary charges of criminal recklessness and public intoxication after the disturbance about 2 a.m. Wednesday at the Joker's Wild on the city's southside.
