INDIANA, (WOWO): Indiana's Attorney General has filed a lawsuit in connection with a rash of illegal robocalls falsely advertising specials for ADT home security systems. </p>

Greg Zoeller filed the suit against Jerome Edmond and USA Promotions for making illegal pre-recorded phone calls and for impersonating an ADT home security systems representative.

The recordings have Hoosiers hear talk about a rise in burglaries in the area and then they're offered a free security system. The lawsuit seeks fines and penalties and a permanent injunction.
