INDIANAPOLIS (AP) – Indiana alcohol sales will be legal for an extra hour on Sunday morning with the end of daylight saving time. 

The Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission announced Tuesday that alcoholic beverage sales may continue until 3 a.m. on Sunday. Because clocks will fall back to 1 a.m. when daylight saving time ends at 2 a.m., alcoholic beverage outlets will have one additional hour during which they may serve or sell alcoholic beverages.

Under Indiana law, alcohol sales must end at 3 a.m.
