Grave of Woman Slain in Quadruple Homicide to Get Headstone

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) – The mother of an Indianapolis woman killed last year in a quadruple homicide says her family has received enough donations to buy a proper headstone for her daughter's grave.

Hayley Navarra's mother tells WISH-TV (http://bit.ly/1BiOEJU ) the public's donations helped provide the remaining $500 the family needed to buy the headstone.

She told the station Saturday the family greatly appreciate the public's generosity in helping pay for a headstone for Navarra, who was laid to rest next to her grandfather.

The 21-year-old was killed in February 2014 in a drug-related quadruple homicide along with 22-year-old Kristy Mae Sanchez, 43-year-Jacob Rodemich and 47-year-old Walter Burnell.

All four victims were from Indianapolis.

Four people are charged in those killings, and the first is set to stand trial this summer.
