FWPD Makes Public Appeal for Info on Teen’s Murder

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Officials are turning to the public for help in solving the August shooting death of a Fort Wayne teen.

The Fort Wayne Police Department and Allen County Prosecutor's office is asking for information concerning the August 29th death of 17-year-old Alonna Allison. She was attending a party on Schaper Drive when several people started shooting at each other; police don't believe she was an intended target but was killed in the crossfire.

Police are specifically making an appeal to those who were at the party to come forward and tell what they know about the shooters. FWPD spokesman Mike Joyner says you can do so anonymously by calling 436-7867.
