Karen Francisco, Editorial Page Editor from the “Journal Gazette” joins Charly Butcher on “Fort Wayne’s Morning News” to talk about the Sunday cover editorial on the downtown arena recommendation, focusing on the 19-member committee that gave a unanimous recommendation.  One committee member points out that the mayor had a feasibility study last May that essentially endorsed the idea, but Henry went ahead and asked Chuck Surack to put together a group of committee members to study the idea in-depth. A couple of committee members told us the information from Memorial Coliseum was a compelling part of the case for the arena.
