MUNCIE, Ind. (WOWO): A lawsuit has been filed in Delaware County over a pileup involving more than 20 vehicles, including an East Allen County Schools bus, that happened on Valentine’s Day in 2015.

Online court records show Jerome and Shameron Bostic have sued EACS, as well as the Ontario Transport Company, Big Blue Trucking, and 20 other drivers for carelessness and negligence after their vehicle, which was pulled over during whiteout conditions on I-69, was hit during a bunch of collisions that started when the EACS bus ran into a van that was stopped on the Interstate.

The Bostics are asking for money for injuries they suffered in the pileup.
