Trump can essentially end GOP competition with Indiana Primary

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Many political experts say it’s “do or die” for Texas Senator Ted Cruz today if he hopes to stop Donald Trump from getting the Republican Presidential nomination.

Just don’t tell Senator Cruz that.

During his appearance in Fort Wayne Monday, he called the race “neck and neck,” since some polls show Trump with a commanding lead, while others show Cruz leading, albeit by a smaller margin.

Either way, most political experts say Cruz must win almost all of Indiana’s 57 delegates if his partnership with Ohio Governor John Kasich to stop Trump from getting to the Republican convention with enough delegates to clinch the nomination is going to work.

Trump said in a rally in Fort Wayne Sunday that, if he wins Indiana, it’s “all over.”
