GOSHEN, Ind. (WOWO): A Churubusco man that went missing last week has been found dead.

A Silver Alert was issued on Saturday for 78 year old Richard Adams. He disappeared on Thursday, May 12th and authorities believed that he was in need of medical attention.

The Whitley County Sheriff’s Department announced that Adams was found dead Wednesday in Goshen in the white Dodge Journey that he disappeared in.

The Elkhart County Coroner’s Office is investigating the cause of death.
