FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Oh my puggness, we have some news for you.

The Fort Wayne PUGfest is from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 18, at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum at Expo III.

There will abso-pugging-lutely be contests like best shredder, curliest tail, biggest pug, smallest pug, best dressed, best kisser, longest tongue, costume, banana eating, best trick and pug/owner look alike.

Kentuckiana Pug Rescue hosts the festival to help promote the need to rescue dogs and to give people a way to learn more about helping pugs in need.

This pugtastic event is also a way for people and their pugs to have a fun day together.

It’s $5 per person or $15 for a family pass.

The Northern Indiana Pet Expo is also Saturday and Sunday at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum.
