FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The Fort Wayne City Council has given the green light to $12.5-million in tax breaks for one of the area’s biggest employers.

Sweetwater Sound is planning a big expansion that includes a 350,000-square-foot warehouse and a 35,000-square-foot conference center, creating 1,009 jobs by 2022. They requested the tax abatement for the $82-million development over a ten-year period.
