NOBLE COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): An Albion man is arrested on child porn charges. After a 3-month investigation, 40-year-old Robert Strunk III was arrested Tuesday night and is charged with a single count of Possession of Child Pornography, a class D felony. On Monday, a Noble County Prosecutor filed a formal criminal charge against Strunk, and a Superior Court judge found probable cause and issued a warrant for his arrest. The charge alleges that in December of last year, Strunk was found to be in possession of multiple digitized images that depicted sexual conduct of a child less than 18 years of age. He is to appear in court Wednesday. The investigation began in November 2013 when officers received information that the man was having an inappropriate relationship with a minor. According to documents filed today, the girl in the pictures has been identified and interviewed by officials from Child Services.
