KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Detectives at the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department warn you of yet another telephone scam.

According to police, it appears to be happening to residents in the southeast portion of Kosciusko County.  Officers have received reports that scammers are calling people trying to get their personal information, like usernames and passwords.

In most of the cases, the scammers tend to target older citizens by confusing them. Kosciusko County detectives are urging you to be very protective of your personal information and if contacted they say to hang-up.
