TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (AP) _ Cleanthony Early hit the game-clinching free throws with 18 seconds left last night to give Wichita State a 66-62 win over Indiana State. Early finished with 19 points and Malcolm Armstead added 18 for the Shockers. Manny Arop led the Sycamores with 17 points.
