FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A man already in prison has pleaded guilty to more child molesting charges, but may not serve more jail time.

Robert Alessi III, 32, who previously listed a Las Vegas address, pleaded guilty Thursday to two counts of molesting a child under 14, according to the News-Sentinel.

The incidents happened in 2013, a year before he was sentenced on separate child molesting charges.

In the plea agreement, Alessi was given a seven-year suspended sentence and a 18 year sentence that will run concurrently to the 20 year sentence he received in 2014.

He’s currently in custody at New Castle Correctional Facility.
