INDIANAPOLIS (AP) _ Re-signing unrestricted free agent David West is a top priority for Indiana Pacers team President Donnie Walsh heading into the offseason. West helped the Pacers reach the Eastern Conference finals this season. Walsh also said yesterday that the door is still open for former team President Larry Bird to return to the front office.
