Elkhart man arrested on meth charges

ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): An Elkhart man was arrested Thursday morning after police say he was in possession of meth.

Around 10:40 a.m. officers pulled over a vehicle with an expired license plate on West Jefferson Boulevard near Coventry Lane.

Police learned the driver, Raymond L. Berry, 45, was wanted out of Wells County on a meth probation violation.

During a search of the vehicle, police found about 15 grams of meth.

Berry was booked into Allen County Jail and preliminary charged with possession or meth  and dealing meth.
