FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A food truck operator is suing more than a dozen others, plus a membership organization that promotes the industry.

Online court records show Kristin Spangle, operator of the Urban Skillet truck, filing a civil case against 16 defendants, including Fort Wayne Food Trucks Incorporated. She says members of that group are restricting business by not letting non-members sell their food at certain parts in town through exclusive contracts with property owners. 

Group president Phyllis Miller tells the Journal Gazette it's not true, saying any restrictions are up to an event's host.
