FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): 21-year-old Dillon J. Willingham was sentenced to three years in prison for having sex with a minor.
Willingham was sentenced during a hearing in Allen Superior Court on Tuesday to four years on one count of sexual misconduct with a minor, with one of those years suspended.
The Journal Gazette reports Willingham was with three other people when he drove to the girl's home on Valentine's Day. He is accused of having sex with the girl in her bedroom. Everyone else in the group is accused of stealing items such as a computer tablet and a gun.
He first told police the girl said she was 17 years old. Willingham eventually pleaded guilty, and prosecutors dropped an additional sexual misconduct charge.
