*UPDATE: TEEN FOUND* FWPD searching for missing teen

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) – The Fort Wayne Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing 17-year-old girl.

Megan Alexis Garcia was last seen Monday, Nov. 19, at the Pontiac Branch Library at the intersection of Hanna Street and Creighton Avenue.

Garcia has been diagnosed with Autism, and is considered to be in danger. She is not from Fort Wayne and therefore is unfamiliar with her surroundings.

Garcia is described as Hispanic, 5 foot 6 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds with brown eyes and medium-length brown hair. She was last seen wearing gray leggings and a black and gray pullover hoodie with leopard-print lettering that reads “Pink.”

Anyone with information on Garcia’s whereabouts is asked to call 911.
