FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Gas prices are on the rise again. Prices in Fort Wayne have risen 16 cents a gallon in the last week alone. The average price per gallon is $3.44 as of yesterday. But Patrick DeHaan with gasbuddy.com says the rise was expected and that higher oil prices may be the cause, instead of refineries like in early spring and summer.
