House Republics Trumpet Bill to Improve State Business Climate

INDIANAPOLIS (WOWO): House Republicans are trumpeting a bill they say will improve Indiana's business climate. Representative Jud McMillin says the new law ends outdated measures going back as far as the 1960s. The new law would strike a nearly 50-year-old requirement that businesses inform county clerks when they're having “going out of business” sales.
