LEBANON, Ind. (AP) — A retired Indiana State Police crime scene technician says he already thought a former fellow trooper was guilty before collecting any evidence from the garage where his wife and children were killed.

Louisville, Kentucky TV stations WAVE and WDRB report Sergeant James Niemeyer testified Friday during David Camm's trial that he believed Kim Camm could have thrown her SUV into reverse and fled if she had encountered an intruder in the garage of the family's home in Georgetown, about 125 miles south of Lebanon, where Camm's third murder trial is being held.

Niemeyer's told defense attorney Stacy Uliana that a sweatshirt later found to belong to an ex-convict convicted in the same crime was put in the same body bag as one of the victims, potentially contaminating the evidence.
