WARSAW, Ind. (WOWO): A Kosciusko County man is awaiting extradition for an active arrest warrant.

Mark Fuller, 61 of Atwood, arrived at the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office at 11:30 a.m. Thursday. Deputies requested a meeting with him following a call earlier in the morning from the Gray County, Texas Sheriff’s Office regarding an outstanding warrant.

Fuller was arrested on an active arrest warrant for a probation revocation out of Gray County. That stems from a preliminary charge of indecency with a child/sexual contact.

He was arrested on Jan. 7 in Kosciusko County for failing to register as a sex or violent offender.

Fuller is held in the Kosciusko County Jail awaiting extradition.
