LaGrange County Man Hits Horse with Motorcycle, Airlifted to Fort Wayne

CLEARSPRING TOWNSHIP, Ind. (WOWO): A man in LaGrange County was flown to the hospital on Thursday after hitting a horse with his motorcycle.

According to a press release, 47-year-old Brian Jones was riding a 2003 Harley Davidson Motorcycle around 11 p.m. on CR 700 S at 1810 W, when he hit what police describe as a “loose work horse” in the road.

Jones was airlifted to Parkview Fort Wayne. His motorcycle was also damaged.

No word on the extent of his injuries and the crash remains under investigation.
