According to our partners in news at INC, the suit was filed by parents who said that a youth minister was allowed into the lunchroom every day to hand out literature and to speak to children. The parents were claiming in their suit that this was a violation of the first amendment and separation of church and state.  The school had already stopped the minister from coming into the school prior to receiving the lawsuit paperwork, and subsequently the case will likely be dismissed.
