FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A local restaurant has been shut down by the Allen County Department of Health. Officials tell WOWO News that Saigon Restaurant on Calhoun Street was forced to close its doors due to a pest issue. The Health Department says they gave the official order to shut down yesterday.
